How to grow spinach at your garden

Spinach is one of the best vegetables out there you can eat to get loads of potassium, sodium, dietary fibre, vitamin A, Vitamin C and Calcium. This superfood is very easy to grow at your own backyard using traditional growing methods or hydroponics. First we'll see how to grow spinach using traditional soil based Garden. 

Spinach grows most quickly in well drained soil rich in organic matter. You may use composted manure with PH of 6.5 to 7, because this pH range is the best soil condition for spinach plant to grow faster. If you want to check the pH value of the soil, you can buy a pH metre which is very cheap at Ripeblueberry. Once you purchased pH metre, all you have to do is get some soil and mix it with some water and check the pH value of the water using the pH metre you bought. If the pH value you checked is between 6.5 to 7, that soil is very suitable for you to grow spinach. If you grow spinach with hydroponics system you also have to check the pH value of the water. You may check the PH value of the water as the same method I have given above. Once your nutrient solution is absorbed into the plant, you have to fill it again. Don’t forget not to drown the all roots of the plan in nutrient solution. Grow blueberries from seeds

If you wish to grow blueberries from seeds, first you have to find a reliable seeds supplier, because some low quality seeds won’t germinate. Once you find the supplier, you may ask him whether the seeds are cold stratified or not. If they are cold stratified already, it is easier for you to plant the seeds, if not, here I will tell you how to do the cold stratification.
